We are now an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited ballistic test lab! This benefits you with wider recognition of your test results, increased confidence, inter-lab consistency and traceability of your results.

Biokinetics has long been recognized by government and law enforcement agencies for their ballistics testing competency of body armour, helmets, ballistic plates and vehicle structures. We have now leveraged this by being accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 for ballistics testing which provides even greater recognition internationally by organizations in countries that subscribe to similar quality practices. Combined with greater assurance of the consistency and traceability of the results, the benefits to manufacturers, suppliers and users of body armour is unquestionable. The quality program is administered by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB), the largest multi-disciplinary accreditation body in North America, and is in line with the technical requirements of NIJ / NIST National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP).

Biokinetics is an independent, third-party laboratory that has over 3 decades of experience testing body and vehicle armour and is registered under the Canadian Controlled Goods program allowing the testing of ITAR controlled items.
