The Light Gate measures the speed of a moving object such as required for helmet testing. The unit is available with a single laser beam for measuring the speed of a flag attached to the carriage and is also available with two laser beams to measure the speed of a moving object as it passes through the light gate. The gate requires a chronograph or Biokinetics’ Velocity Field Display for speed determination.
